Refunds

We offer full refunds or exchanges. Simply return the unused product and a note telling us what you would like (eg. a refund, a different disc, a gift certificate). Please note that if you are returning a product that we properly shipped to you, you will be responsible for any newly accrued shipping charges. If we made an error, we will fix it (and pay for the shipping) and inconvienence you as little as possible.

Disc Weight and Color

We track weights and colors of all of our discs. Some of the disc colors are generalized (light, bright, dark) and the rest are color specific. If you order a product, it is in stock and you can rest assured that you will get exactly what you order. Online disc golf shopping just got a whole lot better.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship all orders within one business day. If you place an order by 2 PM EST, we will probably get it out on that day. On all the products in our store, including all our discs, disc golf bags, stickers, magnets, minis, towels, clothing, pint glasses, travel mugs, glow sticks -- pretty much everything besides baskets -- we use the Post Office's Priority Mail service, which takes 1 to 3 days. The exception is when your order weighs less than 13 ounces, in which case we use 1st Class. Shipping costs are calculated by the USPS. Shipping is free on baskets going to any of the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Baskets

We generally have baskets shipped directly from the basket's manaufacturer via UPS Ground. Shipping on baskets is free within the 48 contintental United States. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or in a country outside the US, please contact us prior to ordering baskets to see how much it will cost.

Your Privacy

We will not share your email, snail mail, name, phone numbers, or any other information with anybody at all, except the people who work here and need to know your information to ship your order. In addition, when you place an order with Marshall Street, you may opt-in to receive your email updates with our monthly specials and other disc golf news of the day.
